KIA Contractors Inc. (“KIA,” “we,” “us”) is a California structural concrete and shotcrete contractor, CA License #991941. This notice explains what personal information this website collects, why we collect it, and the choices you have.

Information you give us. When you submit the quote request form we collect your name, company, phone number, email address, project location, project type, estimated project size, and whatever you write in the project details field.

Information collected automatically. Our analytics provider records aggregate usage data such as pages viewed, approximate region, referring site, and device or browser type. We do not use advertising cookies or cross-site tracking.

We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 16, and we do not collect sensitive personal information as defined by the CCPA.

How We Use It

We use the information you submit for one purpose: to respond to your request, prepare an estimate, and communicate with you about the project. We use aggregate analytics to understand which parts of the site are useful and to improve them.

We do not sell or share your personal information, and we do not use it for cross-context behavioral advertising.

Who We Share It With

We share personal information only with service providers who help us operate the site and respond to you — our website host, our email delivery provider, and our analytics provider — and only to the extent needed to perform that service. We may also disclose information where required by law.

If you become a client, project information may be shared with the general contractor, engineer of record, testing laboratory, or public agency involved in your project, as the work requires.

How Long We Keep It

Quote requests are retained for as long as needed to respond and, where a project proceeds, for the period required by our contract and California recordkeeping obligations. Requests that do not lead to a project are deleted when they are no longer commercially useful.

If you are a California resident, the California Consumer Privacy Act gives you the right to know what personal information we have collected about you, to request that we delete it, to request that we correct it, and to not be discriminated against for exercising those rights. Because we do not sell or share personal information, there is nothing to opt out of.

We use industry-standard safeguards to protect the information you submit, including encryption in transit. No method of transmission over the internet is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
